PRESTIGE CITY II is a residential complex situated on the beach, in immediate proximity to the wide beach strip of International Youth Centre – Primorsko and  in an attractive forest land called “The Sands” combining the presence of unique natural gifts with unique microclimate joining together the coolness of a century-old oak forest and the heat of the gently burning sun rays and offering calm, active and a full valued rest!

The complex consisting of two different in size corpuses architecturally designed in a modern contemporary style, surrounded by lawns and places for rest and entertainment, with an unusually scenic view from the flats overlooking the beach strip, the sea tract and the natural sights around!

ACCOMMODATION

The both corpuses of APARTHOTEL PRESTIGE CITY II – Primorsko offer ONLY APARTMENTS:

- studio – for 3 persons (2 +1),  consisting of a living room, a kitchenette, a terrace and a bathroom with a WC;

- 1- bedroom apartment – for 4 persons /2+2/, consisting of a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a WC and a terrace;

- 2-bedroom apartment – for 6 persons / 4+2/, ionsisting of a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms,  two bathrooms with a WC, two terraces;

The vertical communication among the floors in both corpuses is accomplished by means of staircase cells with scenic elevators!

The apartments are fully furnished with all extras, needed for the cozy and pleasant stay of our guests. Each apartment offers:

- the fully finished kitchenette – a fridge, electric cooker or only built-in hobs, an absorber, table with chairs;

- living room – a small table, a TV board and TV 21” with cable television, an extendable sofa and a stool, a chest and a small shelf-glass case;

- air-conditioned living room;

- bedroom – 2 single beds or a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a mirror, a dresser;

- fully equipped bathroom – shower cabin/curtain;

- one or more terraces.
